All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
We understand that plans can change, but due to the nature of our events—limited venue capacity, artist commitments, and production costs—we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase is completed.
If an event is canceled or rescheduled:
- Canceled: In the rare event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Rescheduled: Your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Ticket Transfers
Can’t make it? Tickets are transferable. You may give your ticket to a friend or guest. Please ensure they have a copy of the confirmation email or ticket at the door.
